| Literature review in at least one area, and associated manuscript prep encouraged (AMR, PK/PD) | Present to ID F1s rotating on AMS or present to different hospital groups which request AMS presentation |
| AMS Journal Clubs | Nomination to UIHC Leadership Academy |
| Advanced AMS curriculum (mentored by physician champion for AMS) which includes reporting metrics | Present Journal Club to joint UIHC/VA AMS teams; Present Journal Club to Division |
