Technology
Fellows gain extensive experience with contemporary electrophysiology technologies, including multiple three-dimensional electroanatomic mapping systems (CARTO, EnSite X [ESI], and OPAL), GE CardioLab, and ICE for complex arrhythmia mapping and procedural guidance. Training includes pulsed field ablation using the FARAPULSE™ platform, radiofrequency ablation, advanced lead extraction tools, and comprehensive exposure to cardiac implantable electronic devices. As a high-volume, Boston Scientific-focused device program, fellows receive extensive experience in device implantation, programming, and management. Exposure to multiple technologies and platforms prepares graduates for successful careers in either academic or private practice electrophysiology.
